About the Role : We are seeking a compassionate and results-driven Rehabilitation Relationship Manager known as the "Sales and Case Manager" to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with ACC to secure rehabilitation contracts and supporting clients through their rehabilitation journey. You will act as a key liaison between the disciplinary team, ACC, and the clients, ensuring the best outcomes while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong relationships with ACC, securing rehabilitation contracts that align with the organizational goals. Act as the primary point of contact for rehab clients, providing empathetic, clear, and timely communication throughout the rehabilitation process. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth and coordinated care for clients. Document each client's rehabilitation process, tracking progress, and ensuring all steps are aligned with contract requirements. Meet and exceed KPI targets related to contract acquisition, client satisfaction, and rehabilitation outcomes. Foster a supportive environment for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring they feel well-supported throughout their journey. Skills and Qualifications : Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting. Strong understanding of the ACC system and rehabilitation contracts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex discussions with empathy and professionalism. A sales mindset with a focus on building long-lasting partnerships. Ability to meet and exceed performance targets. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in documenting processes and tracking progress. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
