We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team on a part-time (three days per week) 12 months fixed-term basis as a Regulatory Service Support Officer.
Te aheinga - The opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the regulatory services department, assisting in the processing of permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Tino takohanga - Key responsibilities: Day to day regulatory support for Regulatory Service Teams Provide effective and efficient application lodgement Provide minor application processing services Ensure that all applications include all relevant information to guarantee the applications are processed effectively and in a timely manner Receive applications and ensure they are assessed on adequacy for acceptance; then accepted or rejected in a timely and customer-centric manner Actively ensure that good employer obligations and legislative requirements are fulfilled, particularly in relation to all key relevant legislation.

You can expect to start in this part-time, fixed-term role with us between $59,542 and 62,130 (pro rata).
