Auckland Council Resource consent team is looking for a permanent full time Regulatory Support Officers. You will play a vital part in providing process support to the Planning team. Through attention to detail and accuracy, you will be conveying and collating information in relation to the receipt, recording, and issuing of consents, and associated financial transactions, as well as offering administrative support to Planners and specialists.Your adherence to business rules and processes is essential. To ensure our systems are accurate and well-maintained, attention to detail will be vital. This will support the smooth processing of consent applications, financial processes, management of stakeholders, and responses to customer enquiries.We are seeking a person with a high-level administrative background who is system savvy, competent in the use of MS Office applications and can easily adapt to new systems. You will be a resilient person with a focus on customer-centric delivery, providing prompt and accurate responses to all customer queries.
