We're on the lookout for an experienced administrator to support our Regulatory Team.
You are great with customers and enjoy assisting them with their enquiries. You're also highly organised and detail oriented.
This opportunity would suit an experienced administrator to hit the ground running, or someone with a customer services background looking to take the next step in their career.
This is a full-time permanent role and based at our Marton Offices.
Au ake mahi | What you will do Receipting, logging, circulating and issuing all incoming consents
Allocate, book inspections, and provide booking inspection reports as required
Accepting and processing Lim Applications
Dog registration, liquor licensing and Environmental health administration
Provide back up support to the Senior Regulatory Officer
Monitor the RFS (Request for Service) system within the Regulatory area

Proficient in managing and implementing databases
Ability to set and meet appropriate standards and deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish working relationships
Strong computer skills including both literacy and competency in the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to learn new technology and software
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
