Backed by global investment and driven by international best practice you will be part of a Risk and Compliance uplift program.The Role:As the Regulatory Delivery and Transformation Lead, you will report to the Head of Risk Strategy. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Risk and Compliance programs that align with the company's strategic objectives. This role requires project leadership, project management, and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and ensure program success. Two notable upcoming priorities/projects include the Contracts for Insurance Act and Climate Reporting Disclosures (among others).Your key responsibilities will include:Developing and maintaining program plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.Leading and motivating cross-functional teams, including managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.Identifying and mitigating program risks and issues proactively.Tracking program progress, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on program status.Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.Driving continuous improvement within the program management function.Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.Requirements:To be a successful applicant for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:A track record of regulatory delivery and transformation.
