We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Social Worker to join our team and make a positive impact in our diverse communities.The Role:As a Registered Social Worker at NZESS, you'll play a crucial role in delivering culturally tailored support services to individuals and families within the ethnic community. This position involves assessing needs, developing intervention plans, providing advocacy, and working collaboratively with other social service agencies to ensure holistic care. Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage in this role, allowing for more effective communication and engagement with our diverse clientele.Key Responsibilities:Client Support & Case Management: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and provide ongoing support to clients from ethnic communities, focusing on enhancing their wellbeing and resilience.Cultural Competence & Advocacy: Apply cultural awareness in your practice, ensuring that services are sensitive to the unique needs of ethnic groups.
