Nga mohiohio e pa ana ki tenei mahi (About this position) This VRM position requires you to practice both independently and in collaboration with your nursing colleagues and other health professionals to assess consumers' health needs. You will utilise your sound knowledge and experience in general surgical / medical / acute care nursing to provide quality care, advice and support consumers to manage their own health. Shifts will be rostered and rotating, working mainly afternoon and night shifts across a variety of wards / units (Monday to Friday), and across all shifts at weekends. Ko wai he kaitono totika? You will have NZNC registration and a current practising certificate and will be a vibrant and enthusiastic registered nurse with at least 2 years post-registration general surgical / medical / acute care nursing experience. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills and will enjoy keeping up to date with clinical practice.
