The Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, Ward B6, is where patients receive specialised treatment for malignant and non-malignant haematological disorders, treating patients from throughout the South Island.
We are a well-established collaborative team, who work and play hard. We deliver high standards of nursing care to the patients and families admitted to the ward.
We offer a supportive and encouraging work environment and strive to be recognised as a centre of excellence.
Roles available:

1x Permanent full-time 1FTE position
1x Part-time, fixed term 0.9FTE covering parental leave until August 2024

This is an ideal opportunity to develop specialised skills and gain valuable experience in CVAD management and cannulation, the administration of blood products and chemotherapy.
We are looking for someone who possesses a passion for our service, alongside a good sense of humour and exceptional communication skills.
Previous haematology experience is desirable; however, orientation will be provided to the successful candidate.
