Permanent full-time position, along with a part-time fixed-term 0.9FTE parental leave opportunity until August 2024. Develop specialised skills in the treatment for malignant and non-malignant haematological disorders. NZ Registration and current Annual Practising Certificate required. Mo te tunga About the role The Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, Ward B6, is where patients receive specialised treatment for malignant and non-malignant haematological disorders, treating patients from throughout the South Island.

We are a well-established collaborative team, who work and play hard. We deliver high standards of nursing care to the patients and families admitted to the ward.

Ko wai koe About You This is an ideal opportunity to develop specialised skills and gain valuable experience in CVAD management and cannulation, the administration of blood products, and chemotherapy.

We are looking for someone who possesses a passion for our service, alongside a good sense of humour and exceptional communication skills.

Previous haematology experience is desirable; however, orientation will be provided to the successful candidate.
