We offer an exciting and challenging multidisciplinary environment with a Nurse Educator and Clinical Nurse Specialist to help support and develop our nursing staff by ensuring you obtain the exciting opportunities acute orthopaedic nursing has to offer.
About the Service Ward B4 is a 32 bed Acute Orthopaedic ward with a team that prides itself in its delivery of excellence in nursing care. We are one of two acute orthopaedic wards based at Christchurch Hospital.
About you Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, natural team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for orthopaedic nursing.
Skills and experience At least 3 years of experience in Orthopaedics is preferred.Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with other professionals.Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skills.The ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution-focused.Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).Working for Health New Zealand Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of Aotearoa/New Zealand.
