This is an excellent opportunity to advance your nursing skills within a supportive environment in the ENT specialty. M17 is a 20 bed acute and elective unit that provides a stimulating and challenging environment in which to develop or enhance your nursing skills.
About the Team Ward M17 is a 20-bed adult surgical ward specialising in ENT, Maxillofacial and Ophthalmology. We treat a wide range of acute and elective patients including Head, Neck, and Eye surgery.
We are a supportive and collaborative team and prioritise professional development through extensive internal training opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.
About you Skills and experience you'll need to be considered for the role:
Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o WaitangiMinimum of 2 years post registration experienceRecent ENT/Maxillofacial/Ophthalmology nursing experience would be advantageousExperience working in an acute surgical care settingThe ability and flexibility to work rostered dutiesEligibility to work in New ZealandWorking for Health New Zealand Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellness'.
