Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert Casual Registered Nurse - Ward 9c (Acute Psychiatry) Registered Nurse – Ward 9c (Acute Psychiatry) Wakari Hospital (Dunedin) Salary Band – $35.20 - $49.67 per hour + 8% holiday pay Casual 'as and when required' Flexibility Join us as we change the future of healthcare in Southern NZ Mo te turanga | About the role Ward 9C is a busy open 16 bed inpatient facility comprising of 2 acute youth beds and 14 acute adult beds with dedicated staff providing 24 hour care. The service caters to clients who have been assessed as requiring a period of increased assessment, investigations and/or interventions that cannot be safely provided for in the community. Admissions come via Community Mental Health Teams or the Emergency Psychiatric Service, and cover of all the major psychiatric diagnoses. Optimise care for patients with the full range of general adult mental health disorders, including youth, mothers and babies, and eating disorders. Be a New Zealand Registered Nurse and hold a current APC Have a scope of practice that enables you to work in Mental Health. Hold a full NZ drivers licence.
