Registered Nurse - Ward 20 Plastics - Fixed TermFixed term, part-time 0.7FTE position available to join ward 20Recent experience in wound care or a surgical environmentRegistered with the NZ Nursing Council with current APCMo te tunga - About the RoleHere in Ward 20, our specialty service cares for patients requiring hand, breast, and plastic surgery. We also specialize in wound management and are the Regional Burn Centre for the South Island. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Registered Nurse to join our team.Positions include both permanent full and part-time, along with fixed-term part-time opportunities.Join us and add value to our dedicated multi-disciplinary team and in return, you will have the opportunity to expand on your surgical nursing skills and experience.Your ability to engage with a variety of people, your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and sound time management will see you work effectively in our busy environment.We will provide you with a comprehensive orientation program tailored to your needs, and you will also receive support with your ongoing professional development.This position involves working rostered shifts. You will be a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate.From July 2022, the Canterbury DHB transitioned across to Te Whatu Ora - Health NZ.
