The Doctors Onehunga We have an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join the nursing team at The Doctors Onehunga. We are looking for someone who can bring clinical excellence and a passion for improving the health of the community. Intermediate experienced nurse who would seamlessly move from urgent to practice nurse efficiently. If you like a challenge of being able to nurse in these two areas of nursing then this is a position that would suit you.
This is a primarily general practice based position. You will be working with skilled clinical and administration colleagues and be supported by a dedicated medical centre leadership team.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week between Monday - Sunday. Do you have what we are looking for? A current New Zealand practicing certificate is essential.Your practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.Prior experience in a medical centre is desirable.Competent in areas of nursing in either or both primary and secondary care.Willing to continually learn and improve.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong rapport with team members.Confident, friendly and approachable.You will ideally hold a current CPR certificate.Immunisation and smear taker certificates are desirable but not essential.To apply online, click the Apply Now button below.
