Nurses in General Practice enhance community health and equity, providing advanced care within multidisciplinary teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join us at The Doctors Napier to contribute clinical excellence and community health improvement. You will work alongside skilled colleagues, supported by dedicated medical center leadership.
Looking for Casual practice nurses who can come in and help when required to cover sick or annual leave. Do you have what we are looking for?  Minimum 12 months experience in a General PracticeA current New Zealand practicing certificate is essentialYour practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of WaitangiCompetent in areas of nursing in either or both primary and secondary careWillingness to continually learn and growExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong rapport with team members and a good sense of humourConfident, friendly and approachableYou will ideally hold current CPR certificateImmunisation and smear taker certificates is desirable but not essentialExperience with Medtech32/Evolution or confident to learn new systemsIf you're looking for a role that offers more than just a job, working in primary care offers a real purpose and can be truly rewarding.
