We are currently looking for qualified Registered Nurses to join the Acute Inpatient Mental Health Unit in Te Puna Waiora. This role will work rostered shifts within the unit covering morning, afternoon, and nights including weekends and public holidays as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Acute mental health inpatient experience in a New Zealand setting
Well-established mental state and risk assessment skills
Experience using talking therapy techniques and proven de-escalation skills is essential
2 years NZ mental health experience would be advantageous
Valid Annual Practicing Certificate with NZ Nursing Council
Current full New Zealand Drivers licence
