The position involves providing community nursing care. Some of the key nursing tasks are: comprehensive patient assessment; symptom control and management; patient education; psychosocial assessment and support.Come and join our friendly and supportive team. A comprehensive orientation will be given.About youTo be successful in this role you will have a genuine interest in patients undergoing bowel surgery with excellent communication skills to educate patients and families. You will have a willingness to learn and a desire to undergo post-grad training in relation to stomal therapy.You will demonstrate organisational skills, adaptability, and flexibility within the role.
