As a Registered Nurse at Presbyterian Support Otago, you will lead a shift of Care Workers and Enrolled Nurses to provide comprehensive healthcare to residents in a way that promotes independence and quality of life.
You will develop, implement, and evaluate an integrated plan of health care as well as performing general nursing functions.
You will need sound nursing knowledge including an awareness of legislation.
You will have the ability to make clinical decisions that are in the best interests of the residents' wellbeing and safety.
Your relationships with residents and families will be built on trust, respect and valuing the contribution they make to the home.
Hours: Permanent, part-time position; 32 hours per week relieving as rostered with a variety of shifts and days.
Additional shifts can be worked by mutual agreement.
