We are looking for a Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated Outpatients team. You will have proven communication skills for patient care and teamwork, an understanding of case management concepts, and the ability to engender confidence in patients and their families.
This is a permanent part-time role of 32 hours per fortnight (0.4 FTE), working Monday to Saturday.
You must hold a current annual practising certificate and can work confidently without supervision.
In the Planned Services team, we are committed to providing patients with timely, well-coordinated services from the time they are referred to us through to discharge from the perioperative service.
