Waekura Home-based treatment: Quality care in the comfort of home Permanent, Full-time 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE) We are seeking highly motivated Registered Health practitioners (Social workers, Occupational Therapists or Mental Health Nurses) with at least 5 years community mental health experience, experience in mental health crisis management, assessment, and risk planning to join our team. Waeekura -Home Based Treatment roles provide dedicated and intensive clinical support to service users in their home environment. Working in partnership with patients and their families / whanau and collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team in both the primary and secondary health settings, to provide quality nursing care that is safe, cost effective and in accordance with professional, organisational standards, policy and procedure.
