Registered Nurse (Rn) - Hospice

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care to hospice patients in their homesDevelop and implement individualized care plansManage patient medications and treatmentsMonitor patient symptoms and report changes to the physicianEducate patients and families about hospice careProvide emotional support to patients and familiesCollaborate with other members of the hospice teamQualifications:RN license2+ years of experience in hospice or palliative careStrong clinical skills and knowledge of hospice careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompassion and dedication to providing high-quality hospice careWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
