The clinic operates Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, so the role requires nurses to be available during these hours.Perform accurate nursing assessments and provide evidence-based interventions.Deliver ongoing, culturally safe care that meets patient and family needs.Maintain precise documentation and promote patient education.Participate in team discussions, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.Requirements:Advanced experience in Acute Nursing.Current registration as a New Zealand Registered Nurse.Previous urgent care facility experiences are advantageous.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.Awareness of ACC and PHC.Familiarity with MedTech 32 or MedTech Evolution (or similar) preferred.Commitment to health equity and cultural competency, with an understanding of Tikanga Maori, Kawa Maori, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.Legal rights to work in New Zealand.As a nurse at Riccarton Clinic, you will experience a supportive journey filled with opportunities.
