Using an MDT approach, the team implement a range of interventions to support people in their journey.
Working collaboratively with consumers, their whanau and other significant people in their lives to ensure they have access to a high standard of care and are able to achieve equitable healthcare outcomes in their journey.Pehea | About You * You will have an interest in working with consumers who have a dual diagnosis * Be a strong team player who can also practice autonomously.
* Able to promote the nursing perspective and advocate for your consumers.
* Excellent physical and mental health assessment skills * Highly developed communication skills and an ability to connect with others in a meaningful and therapeutic manner.
* Be a positive, compassionate and caring person with a genuine desire to work with this consumer group.
