Using an MDT approach, the team implements a range of interventions to support people in their journey. Working collaboratively with consumers, their whanau and other significant people in their lives to ensure they have access to a high standard of care and are able to achieve equitable healthcare outcomes in their journey.
Pehea About You You will have an interest in working with consumers who have a dual diagnosis Be a strong team player who can also practice autonomously. Able to promote the nursing perspective and advocate for your consumers. Excellent physical and mental health assessment skills Highly developed communication skills and an ability to connect with others in a meaningful and therapeutic manner. Be a positive, compassionate and caring person with a genuine desire to work with this consumer group. You must have a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) scoped for mental health.
