Position: Part-Time Registered Nurse

Location: Primary site, Waitakere with rostered shifts at North Shore

Working Days: Monday to Friday, no shift work!

Department: Outpatients Waitakere

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a fulfilling part-time opportunity? Join our dynamic Outpatients Department, where you'll make a significant impact on patient care while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

We are seeking registered nurses to join the Outpatient team. This role will be predominately based at Waitakere with some shifts on the North Shore site.

Responsibilities include: Provide clinical care and assistance to patients and their families attending clinic appointments. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow. Support and assist medical, orthopaedics, surgical, and women's health clinics. Skills and experience: Previous experience is preferred but not essential. Recent ED / ADU or A&M experience suits the Outpatient environment; skills in post-op wound care, cast care, and assisting with clinical procedures are advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with an ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changes that occur throughout the day.
