About The Role
Whakatane hospital is searching for exceptional Registered Nurses to join our diverse team in the medical ward that is renowned for providing top-notch, family centred healthcare. Our amazing nursing team is not only highly skilled but also deeply compassionate, dedicated to the well-being of our patients, their families, and the community at large.
We are currently offering permanent part-time Registered Nurses to join our collaborative and supportive environment. Please advise in your cover letter how many hours you wish to be considered for. About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
Current Annual Practice Certificate
Two plus years in nursing/clinical experience
Effective communication skills
Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
