Registered Nurse, Inpatient Mental Health & Addictions - Te Whare Awhiora Full-time and part-time, based at Te Whare Awhiora, Health NZ Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti (Gisborne Hospital)
Ideal for an applicant with a background in mental health nursing

All candidates must be registered with the New Zealand Nursing Council and have a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
What you'll do:
Provide quality care for tangata whaiora experiencing distress
Implement therapeutic and safe practices across unit (New purpose-built facility early 2024)
Liaise across the wider team and community
Work effectively with people with co-existing presentations
Engage well with people from a broad range of backgrounds
We are looking for someone with the following traits:
High level of creativity and a flexible mind-set
Excellent clinical reasoning and ability to reflect on their practice
Ability to work well within the small, dedicated team
Practices in a manner that is culturally safe
The remuneration range for this role is $75,773 to $106,739 and is covered by the collective agreement: NZNO HNZ Collective agreement (2023 - 2024)
