Tainui Village offers: Supportive and highly knowledgeable team Penal rates for weekends and after 8pm to 7am weekdays Overtime rates at T1.5 EAP Services We support personal development for all our staff and we value the amazing work they do Flexible work environment You will use your nursing and people skills to: Provide compassionate and high-quality care that is good enough for Mum and Dad Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families Assess residents and develop and review care plans Administer treatment and ongoing support to residents Wound care and medication management Lead your team You will have: Eligibility to work in NZ Flexibility to pick up different shifts Strong leadership skills Honesty and integrity Good customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills Experience in Palliative Care, Dementia, and InterRAI is preferred but not essential – training will be given for the right person Applicants for this position must be a NZ Citizen/Resident or have a valid NZ work visa.
