As a RN, you will work at this recently refurbished and modernised facility, with 63 beds across rest home and private hospital care for the elderly and young disabled who require special care. Situated in Highlands Park, just 4kms from New Plymouth CBD.

What you need to have:
Registered with NZ Nursing Council and APC
Ability to work rotating 24/7 roster
Genuine compassion and empathy for the elderly
Ability to work under pressure whilst providing quality care to residents
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
What you need to do:
Monitor patients and initiate treatment in an emergency
Create and review care plans and escalate any issues of concern
Use your exceptional clinical skills to deliver personalised care to residents
Ensure safe medication administration, wound care and clinical support to residents
Promote a positive and inclusive culture among other staff
