You are a natural problem solver, display genuine empathy and caring, and are confident in leading a team of dedicated carers and auxiliary staff to work together towards positive resident outcomes.You will need:Strong communication and leadership skillsCurrent New Zealand Practicing Certificate (APC)Previous experience in aged care is preferredPrevious experience in managing a team of caregiversSound assessment and care planning skillsThis position is available immediately.
