Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical)

Aldwins House is focused on consistent, friendly resident care and we are now seeking to appoint a Registered Nurse to join our Team on a casual basis.
Ideally, you have the flexibility to work independently as well as part of the team, across a variety of shifts, as and when required. You are a natural problem solver, display genuine empathy and caring, and are confident in leading a team of dedicated carers and auxiliary staff to work together towards positive resident outcomes.
You will need:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Current New Zealand Practicing Certificate (APC)
Previous experience in aged care is preferred
Previous experience in managing a team of caregivers
Sound assessment and care planning skills
