Your clinical expertise and judgment will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care and support to our residents.
You will coordinate daily care needs, inspire others, and build strong connections and relationships with our residents and their families.What You'll Be Doing:Coordinating the daily care needs of our residents while inspiring and supporting othersProviding comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions, both independently and collaborativelyMaking critical decisions regarding resident care and demonstrating autonomyBuilding connections and relationships with residents and their families (and allied health professionals in the community)Providing leadership and guidance to care staff and team members.What You'll Bring:A current New Zealand Annual Practising CertificateA commitment to delivering excellent servicePrevious experience using clinical systemsDesirable: InterRai experience (but not essential)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEffective time management abilitiesThe capability to coach and mentor other staffFlexibility to work on a rostered shift basisJob Details:Competitive hourly rate of $36.33 to $51.17 based on experienceMinimum of 32 hours per weekFortnightly roster includes weekends and night shiftWhy Work at OceaniaAt Oceania, our people are the driving force behind our purpose to reimagine retirement and aged care living in New Zealand.
