About the RoleThis Registered Nurse opportunity is casual so there are no guaranteed hours.
As a Registered Nurse working at Bupa, you'll work closely with the hands-on Clinical Manager to develop your clinical and leadership skills and knowledge enabling you to grow.
You will be passionate about what you do, provide quality care, and build relationships with the residents and their families.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.Skills and QualificationsYou'll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.
