Position: Registered Nurse
Work Hours: Casual, as and when required
About the Role: Gain valuable experience in person-centred care, and enhance your critical thinking skills. Complete patient assessments and care plans. Provide exceptional care while evaluating outcomes for residents and their families. Monitor changes to residents' conditions and behaviours. Administer medicines, and assist residents with daily activities.
NOTE: Radius Care cannot support work visas for casual RNs.
Duties include: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documents. Educate and direct peers about possible side-effects of medicines. Monitor residents and initiate appropriate treatment in an emergency. Wound management. Reassuring and educating residents' families. We offer: Free Indemnity Insurance. Supportive team environment. Skills and Experience: Current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate. Computer literacy with concise reporting skills. Flexibility to work rostered shifts. 1+ years of experience as a registered nurse in NZ preferred but not essential – new graduates welcome. Right to work is required for this position.
