Service/Department: Intensive Care Unit/High Dependency Unit
Contract: Fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity leave (2 part-time positions 0.8 FTE and 0.9 FTE)
About the role:
We are seeking two dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurses to join our Intensive Care Unit on a fixed-term basis, covering maternity leave until September 2025. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional care to patients requiring intensive and high-dependency care, working within a dynamic and supportive team environment. Your expertise and compassionate approach will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Skills and experience:
Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or similar high-acuity environment.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
