Are you a committed and experienced Home Manager? Careline Lifestyles are looking for a passionate Registered Manager to lead our nursing and residential home.

The Role: We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team, creating an environment that promotes dignity and independence, striving for excellence through the highest standards of care. The right candidate will be pragmatic in their approach and be able to balance running a caring and empathetic service alongside achieving business results.
You will be supported by the wider team, including the Directors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, PBS practitioners, Therapy assistants, Quality Assurance team, Senior Operational team, and our internal Recruitment team.
As Home Manager you will: Oversee the running of the homeManage our colleagues so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their abilityManage budgets and contractsMake strategic decisions about the future and growth of the homeLead on specific projects or clinical areasProvide on-call support out of hours (shared)Have the flexibility to cover nursing shortages as and when requiredWhat You Need: Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate othersGood English, numeracy, and digital skillsThe ability to think strategicallyGood project management and organisational skillsCaring & trustworthy in natureProven ability to lead a teamExperience in managing complex care servicesPatient and understandingExcellent communication skills & friendly personality2 years post registration - RGN/RNLD or RNMH (Essential)Experience as a Home ManagerWe are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of people.
