Job Description - Registered Nurse - Flight Team (HAU01906)
We require registered nurses with at least 5 years post-graduate experience in critical care (emergency/CCU/ICU) to join our nurse-led flight team in sunny Gisborne, flying patients to and from our tertiary hospital and other hospitals and clinics around New Zealand.
Essential attributes are: Registered nurse with current APC5 years critical care experienceCurrent CORE advanced (or ACLS)Requirement to complete further training specific to flight nursing and other coursesAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a teamProven communication and excellent physical assessment skillsAbility to work independently with patients and whanau with complex health needs under the direction of our medical directorIf this sounds like the type of nursing that would suit you, please apply online.
