About the role At Enliven, we create elder-centered communities where older people have companionship, meaningful activity, purpose, and fun in their lives.
As a Registered Nurse at Presbyterian Support Otago, you will lead a shift of Care Workers and Enrolled Nurses to provide comprehensive healthcare to residents in a way that promotes independence and quality of life.
You will develop, implement, and evaluate an integrated plan of health care as well as perform general nursing functions.
You will need sound nursing knowledge including an awareness of legislation.
You will have the ability to make clinical decisions that are in the best interests of the residents' wellbeing and safety.
Your relationships with residents and families will be built on trust, respect, and valuing the contribution they make to the home.
Hours: We have a fixed term position starting 10th February to provide cover for a position while the incumbent is on parental leave until early September 2025 (end date yet to be confirmed).
72 hours per fortnight as rostered with a variety of shifts and days.
