Registered Nurse - Endoscopy (Permanent Positions)

Do you have endoscopy and/or acute care nursing experience? Make a real difference for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures Permanent 0.8FTE to 1.0FTE positions (64 hrs to 80 hrs a fortnight). Nga mohiohio e pa ana ki tenei mahi (About this position) Our busy Endoscopy Suite consists of one treatment room with the recovery area situated in the Day Stay Unit at Nelson Hospital. We are a small professional team led by a Clinical Nurse Coordinator and are focused on providing a caring and professional environment, delivering quality care and extended nursing practice. You will be caring for patients before, during and after their endoscopy procedure.  You will be working flexible rostered and rotating shifts Monday to Friday, with on call after hours and weekends (once trained). You will be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current NZNC practising certificate and post-registration nursing experience preferably in endoscopy and/or acute care. You will also be a team player, who enjoys keeping up to date with clinical practice, with excellent organisational and time management skills and a commitment to quality.
