About the role
We are looking for a motivated Registered Nurse to join our endoscopy team, utilising your professional knowledge and skills to provide a holistic approach to nursing care that is safe and of the highest quality possible.
You will participate in the Endoscopy Unit Model of Care concept providing care at all stages of the patient journey in the Endoscopy Unit – pre and post op care, procedure room and recovery.
We now specialise in ERCP and EBUS services in the endoscopy unit, so it's a great opportunity for you to develop your skills in this speciality area.
This is a permanent part-time position, working 36 hours per week.
Key Requirements
Registered Nurse with a current Practicing Certificate
Sound understanding of GI symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and health education
Recent clinical experience in endoscopy specialty, theatre or surgical nursing is desirable however training will be given if required
Demonstrate leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
