Or you could be an experienced nurse looking to expand your nursing career; we would support you in this, and we want to hear from you!Community Mental Health & Addiction Services North (Napier) are looking for a Registered Nurse with:Experience and passion for working alongside people with Mental Health and Addictions issues.A practitioner that advocates for their patients and works with a recovery-based model.Passion and drive to make a difference.Promote positive mental health promotion and improve outcomes for people with Mental Health and Addictions issues.Show initiative with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.Excellent clinical skills.Willingness to contribute to the ongoing development of the service.Able to work in a supportive multidisciplinary team and work autonomously.Excellent assessment and intervention skills to work effectively with people and their families.Effective communication skills.Well-developed time management skills.Cultural awareness that is incorporated into your practice.Current New Zealand Registration.Full driver's licence.You will play a vital role in the delivery of care to people who experience moderate to severe mental health issues in the community.This is a highly rewarding role and opportunity to utilise your skills to make a difference.
