You will be responsible for managing clinical services to ensure the highest quality of client care. This is a full time position based in Whangarei.The ideal candidate will not only be skilled in assessing clients and completing care plans but will manage all clinical aspects relating to the client, including clinical-related training.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations for clients by working with our Resource Coordinators and Support Workers to ensure smooth and efficient client care deliveryCarry out all clinical-related training for Support Workers at the client's home to meet client care needsManage incidents and accidents in a professional and timely mannerAssist in the development and review of clinical policies and proceduresMaintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and clinical operationsSkills and QualificationsOur successful candidate should be empathetic and understanding and have hands-on experience working with complex clients.
