Registered Nurse / Authorised Vaccinator – Casual Multiple opportunities available We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse / Authorised Vaccinator to join our team on a casual contract.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include:
Flu vaccinations to well adults during the vaccination seasonWellness checks in the workplace or in MedPro clinicsTravel to workplaces within the Wellington areaThere are no set hours for this role. We work with your available dates and our demand for work and pre-plan 2 - 4 weeks ahead. There is also opportunity for last minute cover opportunities as and when they become available.
Please note our Flu Season days (April - June) can vary from 8 - 10 hours long due to the need of going to the office, packing your chilly bin, travelling to the workplace, setting up, providing the service, packing down, and travelling back to the office to unpack your chilly bin.
The successful candidates will be provided with in-house training for all our services.
You will enjoy working autonomously and within a wider team in WellingtonYou will need to be flexible, friendly, and self-motivatedIT capability is a mustOwn car & driver's license is essential due to the nature of the roleCurrently an Authorised Vaccinator.OR Primary care or vaccination experience is an advantage.
