About you We are seeking a passionate and qualified Registered Midwife with a commitment to providing the best possible care. Confidence across the midwifery scope of practice and a connection with diverse communities are essential for success in this role.
Registered Midwife with a current Annual Practicing Certificate.Confidence across the full scope of midwifery practice.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.A passion for midwifery and commitment to quality care.Current NZ drivers licence.Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.Working for Health New Zealand Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellness'.
