Registered Midwife

Location: Wellington, Porirua, and Paraparaumu
Type: Permanent. Full-time and part time available (FTE between 0.6-1)
Salary: $83,900- $103,500 depending on experience
About the role Accessable via public transport, all of the Midwifery roles I am recruiting for are within supportive teams offering autonomy and close relationships with patients, across Hutt Valley, Wellington, and Paraparaumu.
Our client is recruiting dedicated and compassionate midwives wanting to gain experience across a wide range of maternity services including a centralised primary, secondary, tertiary facility, dedicated primary care facilities and community settings. 
You will be primarily responsible for postnatal care in partnership with a women's LMC and supporting the LMC with births as required.
About you Current New Zealand Registration and Annual Practicing Certificate with NZ Midwifery Council requiredHave a strong women/whanau centred philosophyHave strong interpersonal communication skillsAre willing and able to perform some non-midwifery duties to ensure the efficiency and seamless management of the unit.
