The role | Mo tenei turanga mahi:
We are looking for someone to provide leadership, direction and expertise to Equip in order to support the provision of quality, robust services that continuously exceed organisational objectives. The successful candidate will ensure clinical best practice in the development, provision and review of services and associated policies and procedures. They will also ensure that Equips services and support are the best they can be, reflecting latest evidence and thinking.
You | Mou:

New Zealand Registered Occupational Therapist, Nurse, Social Worker or DAPAANZ-registered
Sound clinical judgment
Comprehensive leadership skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Have a passion for mentoring others
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
A clean full NZ drivers licence
NZ resident or a valid NZ work visa
Ability to build rapport and empathise with people from diverse backgrounds
