An opportunity has arisen to appoint to a Clinical Lead position for the Adult Community Mental Health North Sector Team.
The Clinical Lead will support a positive team environment, provide clinical leadership within the multidisciplinary team and participate in the day to day clinical work. The focus of this role is to advance the quality of service delivery through leadership in clinical activities. It is expected that the Clinical Lead will work in collaboration with the Team Leader maintaining a high clinical profile and a visible presence to guide and support staff in relation to direct clinical service provision.
This is a full-time role, working on a 12 month fixed-term until January 2026.
Minimum RequirementsA Registered Health Professional (Mental Health included on Scope of Practice) with a current annual practising certificate and a minimum of 3 years' postgraduate experience in community mental health and addictions.Able to demonstrate clinical expertise in mental health and addictions and the ability to positively influence service development.When you join us, you become part of transforming the health system.
