About the Role We are looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health professional to join our vibrant Tauranga Adolescent team as an intake and assessment clinician for young people and their families/whanau. In this role you will be facilitating the management of care by ensuring timely responses and a smooth transition for our clients along the treatment pathway. You will conduct risk assessments, facilitate treatment care planning, provide appropriate health education, and evaluate clients' progress and outcomes against treatment goals.
This is a dynamic and supportive service evolving to meet the needs of their community and believe in supporting their team members to meet their full potential. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday – Friday.
