Our Byron Street branch is seeking a leader in the rehabilitation space. We are looking for a Clinical Lead who is a registered Hand Therapist to grow and manage this service in the Canterbury Region. You will be leading a team of driven clinicians to expand upon upper limb rehabilitation and really make your mark in this space.
You will be passionate and excited by the prospect of taking charge of a specialised service and really making it big!

Main responsibilities:

Collaborate with Service / Team Leads and Regional Managers for prompt service delivery

Deliver memorable customer experience with your knack in providing solutions for rehabilitation services and products

Build positive relationships with all stakeholders

Manage your caseload whilst promoting efficient workflows

The ideal candidate:

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy

Current Annual practicing certification / Member of Hand Therapy NZ, PNZ or OTNZ

Must be a registered Hand Therapist as part of this role is to supervise and train Associates

Fluent communication skills – you will be collaborating with a whole team!

Five plus years' experience in a clinical role – leadership skills a HUGE plus

ACC operational, medical and policy knowledge related to rehabilitation
