Tamariki are given opportunities throughout the day to be involved in contributing to the curriculum, helping to make decisions about what is set up, and sharing their ideas.
Our ideal candidate will have: Huge reserves of enthusiasm and energy Competency in planning, curriculum and regular and emergent reviews A personality that builds and develops strong relationships with staff and parents/whanau An ECE or Primary teacher qualification and registration as an ECE teacher in New Zealand A nurturing, caring disposition, and passion for supporting young children to thrive The ability to build and maintain responsive relationships with children and their whanau Excellent communication skills.
